Diamond Client Services
Diamond Delivery Services of Surrey BC operates over 200 delivery vehicles and is considered a leader in its industry here in British Columbia. They approached X Interactive with a challenge – integrate their legacy UNIX based dispatch and billing systems with a new, web-based client service system. This new system, coined DCS for Diamond Client Services, would serve as the platform for client interaction over the web. The system allows Diamond customers to order and monitor deliveries while accessing proof-of-delivery receipts.

Townhome Project Manager
